One step closer and it feels great! It was hard work doing such an intense workout in my kitchen/tv room but with the help of my awesome fiance I got through it and worked up quite the sweat! There were however a few things I learnd not to do, do not have a small breaky! I stopped way to many times due to dizziness, note to self a pot of yogurt is not enough! Go to bed at a reasonable time not 1am....And as much as I loved my first workout with my man it's hard too concentrate on yourself when your helping someone else. So we've both agreed that his best suited to my walking buddy ( Which we also did today!).
